right for the last couple mhotns ive just been throwing some weights around. my body seems pumped and defined and people ask me if im on steroids because i was real skinny before i started throwing em about. now i know the route to gaining real muscle is through nutrition. if i eat 6 cans of tuna a day ( each can with 26g of protein inn) and also the obv stuff like wholemeal bread for ya carbs. i know its hard to say cos everyones diff. but does anyone know how much change i will see in my body !btw if any spellings wrong cos i typed it fast
